The Seneca East Education Association is an association of caring professional educators who have always put the needs of their students first. Through a Northwestern Ohio Education Association public relations grant, the members each received an umbrella as a token of appreciation for their dedication and service . These were presented to the members of SEEA on Teacher Appreciation Day. All of the members were most appreciative. In the past, the Seneca East Education Association has used NWOEA grants to fund the following:
Books in the class room(primary level)
Books in the class room(intermediate level)
Sponsored a visit by an author
Provided lanyards for all staff
Provided SEEA shirts for all members to be worn as a sign of solidarity during negotiations.
SEEA is very appreciative of the grant program that NWOEA provides. Being afforded the opportunity to assist members in their daily tasks and providing professional development opportunities has always been a primary goal of NWOEA. Thank you NWOEA!!!
